Articles are published in open access under CC BY-NC-ND 4.0 license (https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/deed.en), which allows re-users to copy and distribute the material in any medium or format in unadapted form and for noncommercial purposes, and only so long as attribution is given to the creator.
In simple words: others can download published works and share them with others as long as they credit Authors, but they can’t change the articles in any way or use them commercially.
